Hey! I'm Ramodh and I can't wait to help make your medicine goals a reality!
Having been through Medicine entry, I’ve seen first-hand how it’s often over-complicated and misunderstood as a daunting and complex process, which requires hours of daily preparation to even stand a chance of getting in.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Personally, I adopted a completely different approach, which focused on developing the precise set of skills tested with an emphasis on mastering the mindset needed to succeed in medicine entry.
During the program, we'll focus on these exact high-yield methods of UCAT and medical interview preparation.
Through engaging tutoring and personalised support, I'll make it my goal to give you (or your son/daughter) a clear pathway on how to prepare for your university entrance journey.
Together we’ll maximise your chances at getting into medicine.
I also believe it’s not only the tutoring or resources that make a good tutor, but importantly the support you receive during, and outside of class.
That’s why I’ll always be there with prompt replies to any questions or concerns you have, and I’ll always be working hard behind the scenes to help, motivate, and coach you along your journey to Medicine!

It can be pretty hard to prepare for the UCAT by yourself without reliable guides. We've built a curated 2000+ page library of study resources, crafted by one of the world’s highest-scoring UCAT tutors.
Detailed weekly workbooks filled with high-yield notes, in-class activities and targeted questions. Every single word and diagram has been meticulously refined based on years of student feedback, ensuring you get the most effective resources available.
30-minute consultations scheduled at key milestones to provide personalised feedback and planning with your UCAT tutor.
We use a detailed template in every session to track your progress and provide actionable advice. You will be sent a link to this document during/after the consultation.

Whenever you have a question, are struggling with a concept, or need quick feedback, you can book a free 15 or 30-minute 1-on-1 private tutoring session through our Learning Portal with an available tutor.
These complement our 24/7 text-based support, to guide you when more detailed advice is needed than text would allow.
You'll have access to our online portal filled with resources to help grow your understanding of subject content and help you succeed.

Learning doesn't stop between classes with tutors on call at all hours for help with questions and clarifications.
All your questions answered.
This is the main session of each week and forms the bulk of our UCAT Program. This is where most of the value in the course lies, as it’s where all of our strategies are taught!
Tutors & Questions: While Ramodh or Chelsea teaches this lesson, all of our other tutors will be there to talk to students and answer their questions via the Zoom chat.
Interactivity: As this is a lecture-style lesson, students are not able to unmute and the class does not involve discussion with students. This makes it the perfect, high-yield and action-packed lesson format to learn as much about the UCAT as possible in a 2 hour period!
This is the most interactive and discussion + application based session of the week, as it is in a small-group format.
Lesson Content: Everything learnt in the content lesson is revised + applied in an interactive/discussion-based class with fun activities/quizzes, and more 1-on-1 engaging interaction.
Small Groups: Practical lesson groups are carefully selected to promote interactivity and class vibes, as they are organised by year level, state and school.
Interactivity: Interactive activities include practice questions, Kahoots, class discussions led by the tutor, asking students to explain answers, and asking students to answer questions reviewing the week’s content.
There are backup lessons which run with our Senior UCAT Tutors. These sessions are almost exactly the same as the Main Content Lesson, the main difference being that your practical tutor will not be there to reply via Zoom chat. If a student can’t make it to any of the backup lessons either, then students can watch the recording via the online portal.
Every week, usually on Friday or Saturday, you will receive an email from Ramodh. The email will have the week number in the subject.
In this email, you can find:
Message from Ramodh: A message from Ramodh about what to focus on at this stage of UCAT preparation. Sometimes he will include a motivational quote or piece of advice for your preparation.
Lesson Schedule for the Week: The schedule for lessons will be the same every week, but the email will specify what is being covered in each lesson.
Weekly Workbook: 20+ Pages of Detailed Notes and Activities for the week. The Workbook, Workbook Solutions and Annotated are uploaded to the online portal after the week.
Announcements & Reminders: Updates about any upcoming special events, new resources, or key reminders/announcements.
What do Workbooks contain? Workbooks contain all notes for the week’s content, as well as in-class activities + questions. Every week, you will be emailed a 20+ page weekly workbook. Some workbooks are over 100 pages long, whereas some are only 20-30, it just depends on the week!
How are Workbooks used? In Contour classes, the tutor screen shares the workbook and works through it chronologically to teach the class. The tutor will make annotations to emphasise content as they teach. The workbook is also used to fill in blanks during the lesson, to complete practice questions, and to distribute announcements or homework tasks. How do I use it? Will need to be printed or in annotatable format (iPad/tablet).
Picking up Printed Workbooks: Students can also pick up printed copies of workbooks from our offices in Melbourne (Glen Waverley/Box Hill/CBD) during staffed hours. They just need to ask reception for the workbook to be printed.
Year 12 or Graduated: Weekly Homework until April, and then Daily Homework until UCAT Date.
Weekly Homework until April: It starts at around 1-2 hours per week in December, and rises to around 2-3 hours per week from February to April.
Balanced Daily Homework from April to Term 2 Holidays: From around April, the workload increases to around 20-60 minutes daily.
Intense Daily Homework in Term 2 Holidays: This is the final 14 days before their exam, and is where you do 3-8 hours daily.
Year 10 or 11: Year 10s and 11s have weekly homework for the whole course. They have a separate homework schedule tailored to year 10/11, with less frequent mock exams and a greater focus on practice questions.
1-On-1 Support: We provide 24/7 1-on-1 support via texting your UCAT Tutor Phone Number.
Note: This is specifically for Year 12 and Graduated Students from April to their UCAT Date. This is our day-by-day UCAT Roadmap, along with our Accountability System!
We give students a wake-up-call style lesson and give them a day-by-day UCAT roadmap of what to do on each day before their UCAT.
24/7 Support with your tutor, who you can contact via social media OR normal SMS (preferred). Can ask any questions about UCAT/med/school etc, or anything else!
Welcome Pack: When students enrol and pay, they will receive a welcome pack which contains some essential equipment for their UCAT Preparation. This includes a laminated notebook (near-identical to the real one they would use), and an accurate marker pen as well.
Exam Booking: Towards the booking time for the UCAT Exam, around March 1 usually, we provide a comprehensive guide of when, where and how to book their UCAT. We recommend specific dates and locations based on various factors.
Test Day Eve Final Briefing: On the day before each UCAT date, in the morning, we run a 15-30 minute final briefing session with students who have their exam the next day. This is to comfort them, clear up any final concerns, and provide our final advice for the next 24 hours.
Priming Workbook: We provide students with a priming workbook which has a series of activities and notes for students to work through on the day of their exam, generally on the way to their exam venue or in a quiet area nearby. This helps students get in the right mindset to peak on exam day.
Within 24-48 hours of paying the first invoice.
Year 12/Graduated students who have enrolled and paid their invoices will retain access to the online portal until their UCAT Testing Date. Year 10 or 11 students who have enrolled and paid their invoices will retain access to the online portal until the course restarts in December
You are not able to purchase just the recordings at the start of the course, however you can purchase the course and choose to not come to the classes live – we strongly recommend against this, as this will not provide you maximal value for your preparation.
Class recordings generally get uploaded on the same day as the class, and are available to view by the following morning.
Bank transfer (EFT) or card (payment processing fees apply).
